1. Properly completed, 2021 Urban Development Authority projects and. Application in Schedule 1 of Development Orders.
2. Attested copy of applicant National Identity Card.
3. 5 copies of the survey plan relating to subdivision or consolidation of land certified by a competent person (according to the nature of the development, the appropriate competent person can be ascertained from the front office.)
4. Certificates issued by the organizations mentioned in the application form depending on the nature of the development.
5. In case the applicant is not the owner of the land, consent letter from the land owner.
6. Through an authorized attorney Certified copy of land deed.
7. A land map showing the surrounding area for easy access to the location of the land.
8. If the land is located in an assessable area, the property should be registered and deeded in the name of the owner of the land.
