1. Request letter.
2. Appearance of advertisement to be displayed (including colors used) printed on A4 paper.
3. In reserve of any road Advertising notice board installed If displayed, road development Authority or Provincial road development By the Authority or Local Government Original copy of authorized letter.
4. Original copy of the letter issued by Head of Traffic Section of Police Station in case advertisement notice board is installed and displayed in the road reserve, in which the relevant advertisement notice board is displayed.
5. In case the applicant is not the owner of the land, the original copy of the letter stating that the owner of the land or building on which the advertisement is to be displayed has given permission.
6. Certified copy of permit approved by Urban Development Authority or Council under Ordinance 104 of Planning and Development Ordinance 2021, if the billboard is displayed within an urban development area.
