2. A map of the route to where the industry or business is located.
3. Details of number of employees working.
4. Attested copy of business registration certificate. (Not required during license renewal)
5. A copy of the deed of the land owned by the place of business. (Not required during license renewal).
6. If the person running the factory does not own the land, a certified copy of the agreement with the owner or letter expressing the consent of the owner of the land (not required for license renewal)
7. Attested copy of the approved survey plan of the land. (Not required during license renewal).
8. Attested copy of approved building plan (not required during license renewal).
