1. A duly completed, 2021 Urban Development Authority Schemes and Application Form in Schedule 1 of the Development Orders or an application form received from the Council in non-urban development areas.
2.Attested copy of applicants National Identity Card.
3.05 copies of building plan certified by competent person (according to the nature of construction, suitable qualified person can be ascertained from front office of council).
4.Copy of the approved survey plan of the land on which the building is to be constructed (applicable only to urban development areas notified under the Urban Development Authority Act).
5.Certificates issued by the institutions mentioned in the application form depending on the construction nature of the building.
6.In case the applicant is not the owner of the land, consent letter from the land owner.
7.Land map showing surrounding area for easy access to land location.
8.Through an authorized attorney Certified copy of land deed.
9.The land in the area where the tax is declared must be registered in the name of the owner of the land.
